Experts Predict “Strong Growth” in Lawyers Debating Merits of iPad
Legal practice management and technology experts are predicting “continued strong growth” in the new legal subspecialty known as “is the iPad a good tool for lawyers,” according to a report released yesterday from Shiny Things Daily.
“We’re seeing better than expected and continued strong growth in the area,” the report concludes. “Lawyers are both attracted to and revulsed by the notion of a shiny widget affecting the profession, and that points to continued argument and debate, at least through 2014.”
The report is being hailed by blawggers who were concerned about a possible declining interest in arguments about the iPad. Immediately after the report’s release, however, ad sales and traffic on blawgs that mention the iPad “increased substantially.”
In response to the report, however, organizers of the color-coded Luddite Attack Warning System raised its level to “mauve,” which equates to a “strong likelihood of the ‘same old shit’” being raised in response to legal technology developments.
